It's a one-time discount code you get when you reach a new tier: $20 off $100 for Bronze, $30 off $150 for Silver, and $100 off $300 for Gold. It's issued when the order that moved you up ships. Each qualifying tier reward is subject to the applicable redemption requirements and restrictions.
