My Package Is Missing — What Do I Do Now?

If your package is marked as delivered but has not been received, we recommend contacting the carrier directly to file a claim. Once an order is marked as delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Please note: If your package has been in transit for more than 10 business days with no movement, please reach out to our customer service team within 10 business days and we’ll do our best to assist.

A refund can only be processed once the carrier has finalized their investigation, this process takes 30 business days. We cannot accommodate within that time frame. 

Missing Packages with Shipping Insurance

Orders covered by Narvar Shipping Protection may be eligible for a refund or resolution if they are lost, stolen, or meet the protection policy requirements.

For orders that were not covered by Narvar Shipping Protection, customers will need to contact the designated shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
