Why was my package returned?
Packages are typically returned to sender for one of the following reasons:
- An incomplete or incorrect address was provided at checkout
- The package was refused or unclaimed at delivery
- The carrier was unable to deliver after multiple attempts
- The shipping destination (like a PO box) was not supported by the selected carrier
What the Next Step?
Once the package makes it back to our shipping facility, here’s what happens next:
- We’ll reach out to you as soon as the return is received.
- Depending on customer decision, we will either:
- Automatically refund your order (excluding shipping fees)
- Confirm if you'd like it reshipped (fees may apply)
