My Package Was Returned to Sender — What Should I Do?

 

Why was my package returned?

Packages are typically returned to sender for one of the following reasons:

  • An incomplete or incorrect address was provided at checkout
  • The package was refused or unclaimed at delivery
  • The carrier was unable to deliver after multiple attempts
  • The shipping destination (like a PO box) was not supported by the selected carrier

What the Next Step?

Once the package makes it back to our shipping facility, here’s what happens next:

  1. We’ll reach out to you as soon as the return is received.
  2. Depending on customer decision, we will either:
    • Automatically refund your order (excluding shipping fees)
    • Confirm if you'd like it reshipped (fees may apply)

Can I Have It Reshipped?

If you'd still like your item, we’re more than happy to reship the order to you. Please reach out to us with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • Your correct shipping address
  • A request to reship the package
