Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges only if the product is damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact our customer service team at support@complex.com within 30 days of receiving your order. We will guide you through the return or exchange process to ensure a satisfactory resolution. You can initiate your return using our RETURN PORTAL.
Accepted reports for damage are as follows:
- Rips
- Tears
- Misprints
- Holes
- Visible Adhesives
To expedite your request, please retain all original packaging and documentation, as these may be required for processing your return or exchange.
Refund Policy
If you received a damaged or incorrect product, you may be eligible for an exchange or gift card. If an exchange is not available, you may receive a gift card in the amount of the item.
International orders are not eligible for returns; however, if you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us and we will issue a refund accordingly.
All damages must be reported within 10 business days of the delivery date.
